Strawberry Yogurt Salad Dressing - Pots and Pins
1 container (6 oz.) Dannon's Activia Selects Greek Strawberry Yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup orange juice
Mix all together. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes about 1 cup of dressing, enough to dress a salad for 8.
Green Leaf Lettuce and Strawberry Salad - Pots and Pins
1 large bunch green leaf lettuce, or butter lettuce, rinsed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces
1 cup strawberries, washed, dried, stems removed, hulled and quartered
1 cup blueberries, washed and dried
1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Add 1/2 cup Strawberry salad dressing (or more if you like) and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
