We had the merriest of Christmases...Max kept us entertained, we opened presents, we feasted until we could feast no more! I made Roast Beast on Christmas Eve (prime rib) and had never done so before - it was SO easy and SO wonderful that I'll be making it again and again from now on! (Step by step directions will be up soon...all TWO of them!) Christmas day we had our annual Spagehtti and MeataBalls...and went to a movie in the afternoon - just to give us two hours away from all the goodies we've been stuffing our faces with! I hope your Christmas was as merry!!
