Last week I went with the girl, SIL and Baby Max to see Santa...but he was NOT the REAL Santa! He was "Workshop Santa!" Now, who's ever heard of him?!?! He wore a Hawaiian shirt with short sleeve and while his face looked like Santa...he was clearly an imposter! I put my foot down and said MY GRANDSON WAS NOT GOING TO MEET A FAKE SANTA! No sirreebob! So, given that it was already late in the day, I realized that Baby Max would have to go see Santa another day...without me. As sad as that was, for both me and him, at least I knew he'd be seeing a REAL SANTA! A few days ago the girl took him to meet Santa...they became fast friends, as I knew they would...
Just look at his face...now, I ask you again...isn't he the most wonderful little boy in all of boyland?!
He and Santa had a great conversation and Baby Max listened intently as Santa told HIM what he was going to bring...the list went on and on...
Baby Max only asked for three things...Tickle Me Elmo, to live next door to his grandma and World Peace.
But Santa, with all his wisdom, saw that Max is the best little boy in the world and decided that Max needs to have one of every toy his Elves made...it's the LEAST he can do...
I show you these next two pictures because Baby Max does know what Christmas is really about...It's about three things...not necessarily in this order...Santa, of course and all that he entails...elves, Mrs. Claus, Rudolph, etc., etc., and gifts from grandma, all of which will become his favorites, and the Saviour, who created babies and grandmas and Santa...stick with me, I'll teach you ALL the good stuff!
Meet the SIL...he's one great dad...I love these pictures!
Baby Max has guaranteed us the best Christmas ever!
