This is just in folks...a faithful reader, (thanks PeeCee!) sent me an email informing me about PICKLE POPS...you read me right...PICKLE POPS! Bob's Pickle Pops are made from pickle juice and for $19.95 plus shipping you can have 20 of them delivered right to your door! Check out their website...They were featured on the Foodnetwork TV Show Unwrapped! Their website says they can be enjoyed frozen or unfrozen...sounds tempting, no? I don't know about you but I'm ordering myself a box full today!
One more thing...about pickle juice...when the last pickle has been eaten I never throw out the juice - it's good for so many things! Like to use in a barbeque sauce instead of just plain vinegar....or I'll slice up fresh cukes and onions and put them in the jar to "marinate" a bit before eating...and I always add pickle juice to deviled eggs and potato salad. Bob's website has a whole list of things to do with pickle juice...so eat the pickles but save the juice!
