I'm a sucker for useless, impractical things....and the cornier the better so when I spied this book I couldn't resist. It's filled with truly stupid stories - interesting bits of love-lore and funny reads about love lost and love gained.
I picked up my copy at Anthropologie while looking for bathroom drawer pulls - which I found - but this was the "find" of the day! (More on the drawer pulls later...hold your breath!)
Idiots in Love by Leland Gregory is the kind of book I will pick up and read a page or two and then put down, with a smile on my face, because I'll think there's no way I'm as stupid as the person I just read about! Apparently Leland Gregory is somewhat of an authority on idiots because a quick scan on Amazon turned up several books that he's written on the subject of idiots! Who knew there'd by so much to say about idiots?!? Anyway, the mister will be getting this for Valentine's day, as idiot is a term of endearment in our house and he'll think it was written for and about him....just kidding....sort of.
