Okay folks...you are NOT going to want to miss out on this! The Girl is having a HUGE giveaway...apparently it is her dream to be a guest on the Ellen Show...who knew?!? As her mother I can tell you I had NO clue! She is so determined to be a guest that she is trying to get as many people as she can to email Ellen to tell her about her blog, Kitchen Dough Dough...Ellen is interested in the sites people visit on line and is having a little contest about it - so The Girl has entered.
Pictured above are 250 mini-cupcakes the Dough Dough made into Ellen's logo...and The Girl even created a new slogan for Ellen to use on her show, "Laugh. Dance. Bake." Works for me! Also pictured is a beautiful little piece of art from Cakespy, donated by the artist Jessie Oleson! And the wonderful cupcake book, Hello Cupcake. donated by the authors - how cool is that?!? But that's not all!
Pictured above are MY contributions to The Girl's big give...nepotism is alive and well in this house! Besides, I would love to see The Girl on Ellen - it would be GREAT TV! I made a cupcake apron - sew cute, no? Out of the same fabric I made a tablecloth with Prairie Point edges - click on the pics to enlarge them - next up is the cupcake DOILY...couldn't get any sweeter! A cupcake tote to carry the loot and last, an individual cupcake plate! Surely you want to win THAT!
